Please join me for one or both, back to back, 4 week long series of diving into your fascial system! I will teach you how to uncover what’s hanging you up within this vital system, ways to release it, and ways to strengthen it. Fascia is the most important connective tissue in our bodies. Its weblike fabric surrounds and supports EVERYTHING. When it becomes restricted due to injury, inflammation, postural or emotional stress, it begins to pull and clamp down on itself. Over time we experience this as pain, and or limited motion. Fascial restrictions are the #1 cause of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. The techniques you’ll learn are designed to soften the hardness that’s developed within this system (based on your unique biology, history of movement and trauma) and bring it back to its fluid/elastic consistency. Our fascial systems store information from past injury or trauma. We will go into each restriction mindfully allowing an opportunity for the physical, emotional and mental information stored within to come up and out. We will use a mix of movement techniques I’ve learned over the years to support these fascial releases ie. rebounding, unwinding, and others. The goal of each 4 week series is for you to feel as pain free, energized, and fluid as possible. EVERY BODY is welcome!
Both class series are hybrids of live in person and online options. Every participant will receive a
copy of the class video for up to a week afterward. You do not have to be present for the live
class to attend. Each series will be its own, and not a repeat of the previous series.
