The truth is, just about everyone would benefit from myofascial release. Keeping our fascial fabric healthy and fit is critical to our bodies performance, and our sense of wellbeing. That being said, most people wouldn’t know this until their fascial fabric has become so bound up that they have a problem. Like pain, that is diagnosed as sciatica, carpel tunnel syndrome or spinal stenosis. Or dysfunction that is diagnosed as fibromyalgia, scoliosis, or endometriosis. The list goes on. If you have a problem and would like to find out if myofascial release could benefit you, contact us.
We have worked with many diagnoses, some of them are:
- back pain or neck pain for many reasons ie. spinal stenosis, herniated disc, spondylosis, arthritis, scoliosis
- shoulder and elbow pain due to frozen shoulder, tendonitis, repetitive strain injuries
- carpal tunnel syndrome
- hip and lower extremity pain due to sciatica, plantar fascitis, or arthritis
- knee pain
- fibromyalgia
- multiple sclerosis
- neurological conditions ie. CVA, parkinsons, head injuries
- myofascial pain syndrome
- sensory processing disorders
- erbs palsy
- autism
This is not a complete list, please inquire if you have a condition you'd like to know if we can work with.

eternally grateful . . .
I used to have back pain so bad that I could not even bend over and put my pants on. I stayed away from most exercise, even something as simple as walking. Now I move freely through life, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. With Molly's guidance, I was able to melt through my restrictions in life and create a beautiful life full of freedom. Molly's expert care combined with her infinite patience and compassion helped me to see through some of the darkest periods of my life.
I am eternally grateful for her steadfastness, solid boundaries, fearlessness and for creating a safe and completely judgment free zone for me to express my authentic self and become whole again. She continues to be my role model for what an exemplary, true Myofascial Release Therapist looks like. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Thank you Molly!
I started seeing Molly 1-1/2 years ago and experience significant relief within a month and have since experienced a steady improvement. As the problem is structural, I do not believe it will ever be fully resolved but I am able to manage the condition to a much greater extent and my daily activities are impacted far less. Thank you Molly!
