Myofascial Motion: A movement and stretching class
This class is designed to empower you to release fascial restrictions. Fascial restrictions are the leading cause of musculoskeletal pain. Releasing them not only relieves pain and tension, but improves flexibility, energy levels, and can even strengthen the immune system. Testimonial: “When I came in to your class I had shoulder and lower back pain from a fall down the stairs. I had tried yoga, but found it too painful. Myofascial Motion was just what I needed. It helped me to pinpoint the painful or tight areas, lean into them and then release the tension and ultimately the pain. After each class I was so relaxed that I was sleeping through the night without waking from stiffness or soreness. I purchased the 2 rubber balls we used in class, to use at home and it has made a world of difference. We’ve been preparing our house to sell, so there has been a lot of physical work going on, painting, sanding raking etc., all of which puts more stress on my shoulder and lower back. At the end of the day, I do the exercises we learned in class and the stiffness goes away, leaving me with a pain free sleep Thanks, Molly for bringing this to the Keene area.” Patti Kelleher.

MFR Study Group
A study group is available for practitioners in the New England area who’ve taken at least one John F. Barnes, P.T. seminar. The group currently meets once every two months from September through May. It is hosted by Molly McMillan, OTR/L. Each session we spend time receiving support with all aspects of our MFR practices, we then practice specific techniques, and finish with a multiple person treatment.
